Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. With less than 12 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled appointments, and you may still be responsible for the full scheduled service fee.
To request a different time, cancel through your appointment link and submit a new request, or contact the studio. New requests need Randi’s approval.
