Custom software platform

One private reporting dashboard per client

SEO reporting is normally scattered across separate products, emailed spreadsheets and the occasional screenshot. We built the thing we could not buy: one private workspace per client where the executive signal and the evidence behind it live in the same place.

A client can know work is happening without being able to see it

SEO reporting is usually scattered across separate products, emailed spreadsheets and occasional screenshots. A client may know that work is happening without having a simple place to see what changed, where traffic came from, which pages are moving and what deserves attention next.

A private workspace that leads with the signal

AZWebCorp SEO client portal dashboard with Search Console metrics, traffic charts and reporting navigation
AZWebCorp SEO Client Portal — 9 September 2026. The AZ Web Corp workspace is shown so the product can be demonstrated without exposing another client's private account.

The portal gives each client a private workspace that brings the reporting layers together under one roof. The dashboard opens with the current signal rather than a wall of raw exports, then lets the client move into the detail when they need it.

  • One performance dashboard for Search Console clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and ranking-keyword coverage alongside GA4 users and sessions.
  • A live activity view showing current visitors, active pages, locations and devices when Google Analytics data is available.
  • Dedicated work areas for keywords, landing pages, opportunities, technical checks, Google Business, AI visibility, competitor analysis and reports.
  • Practical date controls and exports so a client can compare recent periods and take a copy of the data without asking the agency to assemble it manually.
  • Separate client access so every business opens its own reporting workspace rather than seeing a shared agency dashboard or another client's information.

Less translation, more inspection

Clients no longer have to translate a collection of disconnected reports into a picture of performance. They can sign in, see the current executive signal, inspect the supporting Search Console and Analytics data, and move from the overview into the specific area they care about.

It makes ongoing SEO work easier to understand without pretending that every useful detail belongs on the first screen.
